Natalia Griesbach concentrates her practice in commercial litigation, creditor’s rights and corporate matters, representing not only corporate clients but also some of the largest financial institutions in the country. Her substantial experience in both bankruptcy and out-of-court restructuring, workouts and liquidations, including assignments for the benefit of creditors, gives her the ability to provide clients with a comprehensive approach to each of their unique matters.
Whether it be loan modifications and complex debt restructurings, collateral recovery actions, guarantor litigation, preferences, fraudulent conveyances, breach of contract actions or creative post-judgment enforcement, Ms. Griesbach’s “leave no stone unturned” style has garnered excellent outcomes for clients facing complicated legal issues. Ms. Griesbach makes it a point to understand her client’s business and to work collaboratively with each client to achieve the maximum recovery, in the most efficient, cost-effective manner possible.
