Julie Z. Wulf concentrates her practice in general corporation practice and commercial litigation. She has represented private businesses, banks and governmental entities. She regularly reviews, negotiates and drafts contracts. She has had an active practice in drafting loan documents, asset purchase agreements, supply agreements, employment contracts and various other corporate government documents. Her commercial litigation practice involves representation in contract disputes, business tort claims, employment disputes, and trademark infringement.

Julie has authored many articles including, “Protecting Our Children: A Call to Reform State Policies to Hold Pregnant Drug Addicts Accountable” and “The Legal Standard of Law for Notaries and Their Employers”. Prior to joining Lowis & Gellen, Julie received her law degree Cum Laude from The John Marshall Law School where she was an editor on the Board of The John Marshall Law Review. She earned her bachelor degree in business administration from Miami University in Oxford, Ohio, where she majored in human resource management.
