FOCUS
Brian R. Orr concentrates his practice on intellectual property, commercial, and employment litigation. Prior to joining Lowis & Gellen, Mr. Orr served as law clerk to the Honorable Thomas E. Hoffman in the Illinois Appellate Court (First District), where he researched and drafted opinions in cases involving civil and criminal procedure, statutory construction, contract disputes, and employment matters.
EDUCATION
Mr. Orr is a 2004 graduate of Chicago-Kent College of Law. In 2000, he received a bachelor’s degree in metallurgical and materials engineering from Michigan Technological University.
ADMISSIONS
Mr. Orr is admitted to practice law in Illinois. He is also licensed to practice before the United States Patent and Trademark Office.
