FOCUS
Mr. Masciopinto's practice is concentrated in defense
of physicians and medical centers. He has tried several cases
to verdict including catastrophic injury claims. Mr. Masciopinto
has also represented clients in mediation and arbitration.
In addition to Mr. Masciopinto's experience in medical malpractice,
his litigation experience also includes attorney malpractice,
premises liability, employment and commercial disputes.
PROFESSIONAL ACTIVITES
Mr. Masciopinto frequently speaks before physician and nursing groups regarding tort reform and prevention of medical
malpractice. He is a member of the Illinois State Bar Association.
EDUCATION
Mr. Masciopinto received a B.A.. from Creighton University, Omaha, Nebraska, and
a J.D. from the John Marshall Law School, Chicago, IL. where he was a member of the Moot Court Executive Board. Mr. Masciopinto also studied
international law at the University of Notre Dame in London, England.
