Ms. Kitlinski concentrates her practice in civil litigation with an emphasis on medical malpractice defense, representing hospitals, long-term care facilities, nurses and physicians in various practices. Ms. Kitlinski’s practice also includes representing governmental entities in civil litigation.
Ms. Kitlinski is admitted to practice in Illinois. She is a member of the Chicago Bar Association, the Illinois State Bar Association, and the Illinois Association for Healthcare Attorneys.
Ms. Kitlinski received her J.D. from Loyola University Chicago School of Law, graduating with a Certificate in Health Law. While there, Ms. Kitlinski served on the executive board of the Annals of Health Law, The Health Policy and Law Review of Loyola. She also was a Health Law Fellow for the Beazley Institute for Health Law and Policy.
Ms. Kitlinski holds a Bachelor of Arts, with distinction, in Communication, and a Bachelor of Arts in English from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign.
