FOCUS

Gary Greenberg counsels and represents diverse business clients and partnerships in contract and commercial transaction disputes, negotiations, arbitrations and in litigation, at the trial and appellate level. Specific client matters cover a variety of issues, including fraud, partnership dissolutions, employment, licensing, intellectual property, corporate governance, dissolutions, insurance disputes and government investigations.

Formerly a litigation partner and of counsel in the New York offices of Orans, Elsen & Lupert and Vinson & Elkins, Mr. Greenberg is a Court Appointed Arbitrator in the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of New York and admitted to practice in New York, before the U.S. Court of Appeals – Second Circuit, and in the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York. He served as Chair of the New York County Lawyers’ Association Committee on Appellate Courts (1996-1999) and as an Instructor in the Trial Academy of the New York County Lawyers’ Association – National Institute for Trial Advocacy.

EDUCATION

Mr. Greenberg is a graduate of Johns Hopkins University (B.A.) and New York University Law School (J.D.), where he was Note and Comment Editor for the New York University Journal of International Law and Politics.
